Port Movie Theater Trip – Journey to Bethlehem (for students in grades 3/4 – 8)
December 13 - 14
Our White Elephant Sale will be back this Christmas Season. The sale is scheduled for December 13th and 14th. Students are encouraged to bring in gently used items for this sale. On the 13th and 14th, students will be given the opportunity to shop for Christmas gifts for their families. There will be hot chocolate and cookies provided on the 13th. Students are encouraged to bring cash on both of these days to purchase gifts. Money collected will be donated to a local charity.
December 15
Hot Dog Day - students who ordered hot dogs last week will get hot dogs for lunch. Thank you to the kindergarten class for organizing.
There has been a lot of discussion regarding the milk program at the school. We have finalized on the following:
We will not be using School Cash Online for milk.
If a student would like to purchase white milk or chocolate milk, they can bring one dollar in the morning. The milk team will come around and ask each class for their milk orders and milk will be brought to each classroom at noon.
Christmas Week
December 18 – Christmas Accessories Day – socks, scarves, hats, vests, suspenders
December 19 – Christmas Sweater Day and Crazy Hair Day
December 20 – Dress Like Your Teacher Day
December 21 – Red and Green or Dress Your Best Day
December 22 – Pyjama Day
On December 20th, we will be having our Christmas Mass followed by a turkey lunch. The school will be purchasing lunch for all students.
On the afternoon of December 21st, the Christmas Concert is back! Parents will be welcomed to the school to watch our very special Christmas Concert. The concert will be approximately an hour long and will begin promptly at 2pm.
