Week At A Glance

January 15 – 19

Congratulations to our Saints of the Week Lily Larin and Beauden Brown!!

Unfortunately, our milk program is being delayed another week.  Hopefully we will be able to get the program up and running for next week.

We will not be using School Cash Online for milk.

If a student would like to purchase white milk or chocolate milk, they can bring one dollar in the morning.  The milk team will come around and ask each class for their milk orders and milk will be brought to each classroom at noon.  The milk program will start on January 22nd.

Parents can order pizza for February from January 22nd to January 31st.

Gr. 8 Orientations – this week, St. Joe’s will be welcoming our students at an orientation day.  Students will be brought to the high school and get to see what life is like in a high school environment. There will be further events in the future hosted by the high schools, but parents do not have to do anything for this particular event. If you have any questions about these events, please reach out to administration.

Cross Country Skiing – grade 4/5 – 8 students will be taking part in a cross-country skiing program on the 16th and 17th of January. Permission forms went home last week.

January 26th will be our live Good News Assembly.  We are inviting parents to come to join us at 3:15pm for our Good News Assembly.

Our E-Sports League is beginning this week.  We have 40 students on ten teams who will be vying for the Ultimate Mario Kart Championship. The E-Sports League will continue through the spring and we will have playoffs in May and a live championship in June.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to the school.
